Project Description
The only all-inclusive music education service that makes instrument rental, private lessons, and a creative community accessible to all—aimed to reduce elitism in music and making artistic expression a right, not a privilege.
The Process? This group project, worked on by Madalyn Lee, Edrick Warren, Daniel Davis, and myself, started out by identifying the problem and found solutions backed up by extensive research. We gathered data, and aimed to create a kiosk user flow aimed at helping people in underprivileged communities access music education, afford instruments, and find opportunities when they lack funding, transportation, or support.​

The Result? A family-friendly music education brand completed with a kiosk user flow for the community to book an appointment, a website to register or volunteer as a music educator, and an Instagram branded account for engagement.

Research
To start, we researched our competitors and how they handle music services such as Mobile Music Institute, Kaufman Music Center, and more. We then sent out a survey to gather data, where we learned that money, lack of funding, parental support, and transportation made education access difficult, especially at younger ages. With HMW questions, we then translated these problems into solutions solved by design.

Mobile Flow
I created an Instagram brand account mockup to show off the motion graphics displayed in story and post form. Digital advertising campaign to engage clients to the brand and its services.


Web Flow
Website design I helped create with my team. Our goal was to create a homepage that communicates our brand values, the instruments we provide, ability to book an appointment, join our mailing list, volunteer as a music educator, and contact us in our brand.





Kiosk Flow
A kiosk designed to make it easy to book an appointment to schedule a consultation, rent out an instrument, or schedule a lesson with a music educator. Made to be used at an in-person pop-up location or through a tablet.
